Company

KLIPBIT LTDA builds KlipbitNeo, a self-custodial digital account, and KlipbitPay, a stablecoin payment terminal for merchants. We write software. We never hold your money.

Entity

KLIPBIT LTDA — CNPJ 68.234.941/0001-23. São Paulo, Brazil. Operator of klipbit.com and publisher of KlipbitNeo on the App Store and Google Play.

Products

KlipbitNeo (iOS, Android): Digital Dollars and Euros, Solana, Bitcoin vault, swaps and tokenized US stocks. KlipbitPay: any phone becomes a stablecoin terminal.

Rails

The Solana network for stablecoins, swaps and stocks; the Bitcoin network for the vault. Swaps and stock purchases are routed to independent, decentralized liquidity. Tokenized stocks are issued by Backed Assets (JE) Limited.

Model

Klipbit is the interface. Not a bank, not an exchange, not a broker, never the counterparty. We never touch fiat: buying with local currency is a separate service run by a licensed provider.

How we build

1

You hold the keys

Keys are generated on your device and never leave it. No one at Klipbit can freeze, move or recover your balance.

2

Every fee before you confirm

The price, the swap fee and the network fee are shown before you sign. No account fees, no custody fees, no surprises.

3

Verifiable on-chain

Every transaction settles on a public network, where it can be checked by anyone, at any time.

Security

Your Recovery Phrase is created on your device and never transmitted. Encrypted backup seals it with a password only you know (AES-256-GCM); recovery on a new device needs that password plus a code sent to your email. We will never ask for your phrase or password — anyone who does is a scammer. We build against the OWASP ASVS and MASVS checklists and run our own continuous security checks on every release.

  • Keys on device, never on our servers
  • Encrypted backup, password only you know
  • Fee floors enforced server-side on every money path
  • Report a vulnerability: hello@klipbit.com
