1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)
Open KlipbitNeo and go to Settings → Delete account. After you confirm, your email address, encrypted backup, and profile are permanently removed from our servers.
2. Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email hello@klipbit.com from the address registered to your account and ask for account deletion. We process requests within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
- Your email address and account profile;
- Your encrypted wallet backup stored on our servers;
- Diagnostic logs linked to your account (in any case retained no longer than 6 months).
Nothing else is kept: KlipbitNeo is self-custodial software and never holds your private keys, Recovery Phrase, or funds.
4. What cannot be deleted
Transactions you made are recorded on public blockchains (Solana, Bitcoin). That data is public and permanent by design and is not stored or controlled by us.
5. Before you delete
Deleting your account removes your encrypted backup. If you do not have a copy of your Recovery Phrase, access to your funds will be permanently and irreversibly lost. Your assets stay on the blockchain under your keys — deletion of the account does not move or remove funds.
